一半的年轻人都在搞副业，猜猜他们一个月都能赚多少钱？

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">年轻人搞副业，它真的就这么赚钱？副业是一个遍地黄金的新赛道？</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">另一方面，还隐隐有点儿小恐慌：</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">难不成大家都去搞副业了？那我这样还守着主业一点死工资、每天拼命加班的打工人，是不是已经被时代抛弃了？</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">那么，搞副业的年轻人真的赚到钱了吗？我们就来认真聊聊这个问题。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">巧了，我正好看过后浪研究所做的一个《年轻人2023副业报告》，这个报告调查了1941名年轻人，其中有44.7%的人都表示，有过副业经验。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">也就是说在接受调查的这部分人里，大约有868人曾经或正在做副业。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">那在这些人当中，又有多少人赚到钱了，又分别赚了多少钱呢？</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">我们来看图说话：</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">而</span><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">传说中动辄随随便便做个副业就能够月入上万的，只占12.6%。</span></strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">就这，我也还表示怀疑：</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">这个数据回答的应该是，曾经获得过对应金额的收入，而不是平均月收入。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">遗憾的是，在这份报告里，没有关于每天、或者每周要花费多少时间在副业上的数据统计和分析。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">不过，以我们对职场的基本常识来判断，无论做什么副业，投入的时间都不会太短：</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">在之前的分享里，我曾经说过，按照全国的最低小时工资标准，金额最高的是北京，每小时25.3元。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><a style="color: red;">职场人兼职做副业的3个误区，不注意避免，小心连主业都受影响</a></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">如果是做收入很确定的兼职工作，一般可以选择便利店、麦当劳等地方。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">我们按照北京的这个最低小时工资标准来算，每个月赚1000块钱，也需要工作39.5小时，差不多每周10小时，这还不算往返的路途时间。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">不过，在这份报告里也说了，年轻人的副业选择，更多集中在线上：</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">这里面的任意一个兼职，如果能够做到月收入1000元，甚至更高，所需要投入的整体时间，一定也不少。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">在主业里，有一个我特别认可的观念，就是我们评价一份工作，不仅看整体收入，更应该看时薪。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">做副业也一样，如果不是为了学习和实践新的工作内容，寻求后面的转行机会，投入大量时间和精力，获得不高的金钱回报，其实并不是一个很划算的选择。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">这个趋势非常明显，主业收入5000元以下的年轻人里，副业月入过万的只占7.08%，随着主业收入的增加，副业收入月入过万的人数比例也显著增长，其中副业收入过万的年轻人当中，有33.87%的人，主业月收入超过30000。</span></p>
