你有副业吗？你会选择副业吗？教你几招选择战略性副业的小技巧

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">不过，《哈佛商业评论》这篇文章里提到的副业，却跟我们以前理解的不一样，他提倡的副业是以反哺主业、给主业充电为主的，文章的标题就是《战略性的副业》，引用书里的观点，那些纯粹以兴趣为主，跟主业完全不相关的副业，不能算作战略性的副业。</p>
<h1 style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">二、为什么要培养和发展自己的战略性副业呢？</h1>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一是发展战略性副业，能帮你打通主业需要用到的核心技能。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">乔娜是一家慈善组织的运营主管，她的副业，是在自己的母校董事会上担任董事职务。她说，她在董事会里学到的那些管理和运营方法，给她创办自己的慈善组织帮上了大忙，甚至犯过的错误，也成了宝贵的经验。因为从本质上看，她的主业和副业工作，性质很相似，都是运营非营利性的组织。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">既然，战略性副业这么重要，那么作为一个职场的普通人，如何才能发展出自己的战略性副业呢？这里，我列出了四个极具操作性的清单。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1.告诉你的圈子，你正在寻找一个和你工作或者工作需要的技能相关的副业。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2.你可以列出你的爱好，然后从它们出发，找一些相关的组织加入。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3.在你周围的人里，找出已经有副业的朋友和同事，试试加入他们参与的组织或者活动。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">4.通过社交媒体或者其他的公开平台建立你的形象、兴趣和特长。这样一来，人们就会对你有更多的理解，如果遇到和你的兴趣特长相关的事，会主动给你提建议。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">后来一次偶然的机会，我发现一个脱口秀俱乐部，在每次演出的间歇，会允许观众上台讲段子，进行练习。于是我报名参加了这个环节。虽说我讲得很烂，观众只有零星的笑声，但这段经历特别有助于我找到 “对象感”。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">每次讲完之后，我会把现场的录音反复听，从录音里感受一下，哪段说长了，观众的兴趣丢了；哪个词说得好，戳中了观众的笑点。那段时间，脱口秀就是我的“战略性副业”，只不过，就我讲段子的能力，我估计一辈子也没法从这个副业赚到钱，不给观众倒贴钱就不错了。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">好，这就是我自己找副业的一段经历。除了上面提到的行动清单以外，还有一个建议：那就是在开展副业的时候，你应该向上司寻求许可，甚至可以向上司提出，把你的战略性副业列入你的年度目标中。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">假如你做到了这一点，上司仍然不赞同你开展副业，那么就说明，你所在的公司也许没有意识到外部视角、外部的网络对公司发展的重要性。这种情况下，你可能就得想一想了，这家公司的文化，是不是太过于封闭了？ 以后会不会过时？</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">这时，你要考虑的恐怕不再是老板同不同意你的副业，而是你值不值得再在这里干下去的问题了。</p>
