即便副业收入很可观，也别轻易放弃主业：把握当下也不要放弃规划

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">原本大家只是在正常的生活，上班、下班、休假……但是这个话题一经抛出来，都引发了大家对于自己生活的反省。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">几乎没有一个同学在群里说自己已经得到了想要的生活。有些同学可能是怕别人觉得自己在炫耀，但我相信更多同学其实并没有真正过上自己想要的日子。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">而后就这个话题大家做了延伸性的讨论，结果大家都一致认同一个结论：穷。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">谁都想挣更多钱，因为在这个压力剧增的社会里，没有钱就很难。任何高级别的精神修炼，都是需要一定经济基础来保障的。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">但是在职场上，我们发现，工作很累、任务很重，但是收入却很少。于是我们就只能自我安慰道：“以后会好起来的。”</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">可以后真的会好起来吗？没有谁知道。就像这次疫情一样，可能我们年前都做好了充分的规划和准备，想要在新的一年里大干一场的时候，突然被中途叫停了。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">失业、降薪……不仅没有“更好”，反而更难。但当我们面对这种突发情况时，似乎又显得无能为力。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">因此，我们不能只是寄希望于“以后”，而是应该把握当下。通过自己的能力、知识和资源来给自己创造能实现的更多收入。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在职场上有句话叫做“计划赶不上变化”，实际上这句话不知道误导了多少人。真正有长期规划，能把握当下的人，从来不会因为一时的变化而改变自己的计划。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">之所以“计划”会赶不上“变化”，根本原因还是因为自己那个自我安慰的理由：<strong style="color: blue;">“以后会好起来的”。</strong></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在公司里，每个职场人都会有升职涨薪的渴望。但升职除了要对自身能力的考核以外，还会有很多客观因素，比如是否有空缺？人际关系如何？等等。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">我们之所以想要升职，目的无非就是两个：<strong style="color: blue;">涨工资和成就感。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">而这些都是需要通过长时间的努力和一次契合度很高的机遇才能实现，所以在这之前我们完全可以通过“副业”来获得自己想要的收入。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">收入更高，除了能够让自己生活得更好以外，最重要的是自己可以不受收入的影响而阻碍了自己的职业发展。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">简而言之就是尽可能减少自己的束缚，能够更单纯地追求自己的人生目标。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">所以，我建议大家可以把自己职业发展中的两个核心因素分开：<strong style="color: blue;">金钱和成就。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">用单纯的方式来赚钱，用单纯的方式来获得成就感，两者分开，才可以把每一个都做得更好。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">我就是这样做的，29岁的我，算不上很成功。但至少我不用担心自己温饱问题，也不用担心家人的开销问题。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">目前的我，本职工作是做营销的，月收入综合起来只能算同级别岗位的平均水平。但是我通过副业创收获得平均1万5的月收入，最高的时候达到了3万多。我好多朋友都在劝我干脆辞职专门搞副业算了，但是我拒绝了。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在副业创收的路上，我也是尝试过很多种方法和项目。要么就是太过于占用我的时间精力，从而影响我的本职工作。要么就是副业收入过低，几乎不能跟我的付出形成正比，而且对于我的整体开销来说几乎没有太大提升和帮助。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在经历了很多副业创收的经验后，我总算找到了一种可以既满足我想要收入的预期，又不会太过于占用我时间精力的副业。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">有些副业收入很高，但是会占用你大量的时间，那么可能你会赚到一时的金钱，但自己职业规划会受到影响。而有些副业基本不用占用你太多时间，但收入微乎其微，还不如用这些时间来多谈几个单子。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">不论副业有多么诱人，始终还是叫“副业”。也就是我们需要把什么是主，什么是辅分清楚。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">不是因为我怕大家知道了我赚钱的方法，而是如同我前面说的那样：适合的就是好的。</p>
