职场科普：L2C联动与虚拟企业（virtual enterprise）
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">很多年前就听到过一个词叫“virtual enterprise”（虚拟企业）。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在IT行业里面，常常会出现一些概念比较超前的词汇，通常是用来描述一些解释不清楚的概念（传统语言没有这种概念），当时觉得VE就是这种，就活在我才幻想里面。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">但到了思科后，发觉这个VE居然变成virtual reality（虚拟现实）。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">活在这种环境里面，企业是没有边界的，我们的代理商就是我们虚拟企业的一个很重要部分，在生产我没有代工工厂，工厂的管控流程也是我们系统一部分。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">虚拟企业最重要是有一种“合作”的心态，如果在市场里有人做这件事，而且做得比自己好，除非是你的核心，否则一定是寻求合作，就是这种合作心态下“虚拟企业”就慢慢形成。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">为什么我突然提起这个概念？都是因为南总今天的“三好一改”触动的，大家先看看：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">「我们在过去这几周的L2C work shop中发现，我们L2C的效率不只取决于内部的联动，还取决于外部的客户和合作伙伴，关于这一点也是带给我们很多思考和改进的计划：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">近期我们TO B的销售开始动手实践勾画客户的L2C，在过程中就直观地发现，客户L2C和我们L2C是联动的，我们通过销售影响客户L2C的效率，同时也是为自己的L2C加速。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">那么两个L2C之间的主轴就是行动计划，通过销售的行动计划牵动联动资源的行动计划，我们企业所有的经营的活动就是围绕客户的L2C和我们的L2C。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">所以外部的第一个关键角色就是“客户”，我们L2C的效率取决于客户L2C运营效率，这也是我们所有行动计划的核心和抓手。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">同时，我们的L2C中，不只包含了内部的组织架构，还包含外部的合作伙伴，我们现在L2C上的原材料供应商，物流合作伙伴，仓储合作伙伴，分销商，都存在于我们的L2C上，直接影响我们给客户的交付体验，他们的行为直接影响我们的L2C输出的效率。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">就像老师提到的一个词“虚拟组织”，对于这些合作伙伴的形容非常贴切，他们就是我们“组织”的一部分，是我们传递客户体验的一部分。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">我们要清晰地了解每个“虚拟组织”的角色和价值，以及对我们L2C的影响，所以我们在清晰了解自己的L2C之后，跟着还要继续去“主动”影响这些合作伙伴，让这些角色也了解我们的L2C，同时清晰我们可以共同创造什么样的价值。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">从原材料到用户，这个大L2C上关联了很多角色，我们要具备大局观，首先考虑这个L2C整个链条的效率，我们希望能与合作伙伴们深度的合作，有效的串联起来，共同为消费者产生良好的客户体验。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">我们做好自己“专注”的核心部分，同时能为整个L2C串联起大局观，与更多的合作伙伴“共创”和“分享”，为整个大L2C的高效协作和联动。」</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">以上描述出L2C联动就是“虚拟企业”出现的原因。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">但是，不是所有L2C都会联动，能联动的L2C必须要“互补”，你的核心是对方的非核心，你的核心可以让对方的价值发挥得更好，反过来也是一样。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">这里另外一点要指出就是L2C联动是“动态”的，是不断去打磨，因为双方都会因为市场的改变来调整，原来的合作“条件”可能也会受到影响。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">所以L2C的“检查”不能做一次就放下，是必须要“定时”检查，每次检查你会发现更多细节，每次检查，你也有机会察觉到市场的变化。这些都是后话，反正L2C只有开始，没有结束，大家做好心理准备就好。</p>
