“网络兼职刷单做副业”“每天保证赚300-500元”9人被骗24万余元

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">2019年1月至4月份，我区共计发生“网络兼职刷单”诈骗案例9起，受害人被骗金额24.1万余元。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">案例一：2019年3月13日，拉萨卓某（26岁）在某app上看到招募兼职刷单广告，添加联系人进行刷单任务后，通过微信扫二维码转账方式被骗15905元。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">案例二：2019年4月15日，林芝旺某（32岁）在其QQ邮箱收到一封兼职刷单邮件，添加对方后按照对方指示进行刷单，第一单刷了100元的衣服，对方返还105元，后继续按照对方指示刷了第二单6934元，对方返还180元。后其要求对方退还本金，而对方却以未完成任务为由未退还本金，又继续按照对方指示向对方转了250元、5000元两次，微信向对方转了940元，支付宝扫二维码给对方转了2500元，共向对方转了25374元，后对方又以刷单时间过长为由拒绝返还本金并将其QQ号删除。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">案例三：2019年3月29日，昌都拉某（21岁）其在微信群看到一则“网上每日刷评语，一日工资20-300元”信息后添加对方QQ，并按照对方的要求分别通过微信二维码、QQ二维码、支付宝二维码，将钱转出共计5999元，完成任务后对方一直以未完成任务为由不返回资金，后发现被骗。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">破获案件：</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">2017年9月16日，有网民向“西藏网警”举报称：“在微信群、朋友圈里看到了‘每天发5个商品链接可发20元工资’的网络兼职信息，我参加该网络兼职活动后发现自己被骗了，缴纳了268元入会费就联系不上人了”。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">2017年9月至12月，拉萨市发生了“9·18微信兼职”电信网络诈骗案等5起以学生为受骗主体的微信诈骗案，被骗金额约5.89万余元。2017年12月10日，西藏公安联合专案组果断出击，迅速前往广东、湖南等地开展落地核查和集中追捕工作。专案组辗转2个省、7个市县、3万公里，连续奋战40个日夜，于2018年1月11日在广东省茂名市成功抓获我区电信网络诈骗案件犯罪嫌疑人6名，关联锁定犯罪嫌疑人4名。</strong></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">“招收打字员、投票员”“足不出户，日进斗金”“正规平台，诚邀刷单，按条结算，轻松上手”……类似这样的网络刷单小广告相信不少人都收到过，如果你真正信了这些网络小广告，那么你就很可能掉入骗子精心设计的刷单骗局。本来你只是想赚点外快，但可能你将失去更多。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">“西藏网警”提醒学生、宝妈、上班族，网络上有关微信投票、网络刷单、网络兼职信息，不是诈骗就是传销！网络兼职要擦亮双眼，保持警惕，凡是要求垫付资金的都有可能是诈骗，不要轻易垫付。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">【诈骗手段】</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">（一）设置诱饵。</strong>骗子往往以“轻松、高薪”做诱饵，声称刷单在5分钟-10分钟完成后即可返还本金和至少5%的佣金，轻轻松松日挣斗金。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">（二）骗取信任。</strong>骗子会提供所谓的公司备案信息给受害人查询，或发送合同让受害人签字，伪造后台交易记录打消受害者顾虑。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">（三）施以小利。</strong>先让受害人练习刷单，购买低价商品，购买成功后会迅速将本金和佣金返还，让刷单者误认为正规。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">（四）实施诈骗。</strong>要求购买虚拟物品减少付款流程。一次刷单任务包含多重陷阱，制造一个虚假的发单系统，称完成一次任务即可返还本金和佣金。然而一次任务包含多个订单，所有订单完成才能返款，以系统卡单为由，要求受害人重新支付某些订单来激活继续骗钱。</p>
