用经验告诉你，兼职文案没有你想象中的那么难

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">第一个月稿件较少，对稿件的要求不高，但对团队的响应度要求高，有较多的急稿,对于我们团队来说，任务没有很大的难度。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">可是就算是简单的任务，我也没有放松对学员的要求，总是会让他们反复确认，核对小细节。尽量做到不让甲方跳出明显的毛病。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">合作结束后，试写的稿件甲方很满意，对我们严谨的态度也进行了夸赞。有长期合作下来，并且今后加大稿件量的意向。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">另一个甲方的知乎问答类对稿件的要求较严格，对写作的水平和资料的整合度的要求也更高，这样的任务还是具有一定难度的。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">从这个甲方可以发现，普通写手对于单价在50以上的稿件只能承受70%，前面大部分大家相差不大。<strong style="color: blue;">拉开差距的问题是剩余的30%部分，主要在细心、资料收集、以及文风、人物设定选择上。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">10组稿件，3人看错题目导致稿件基本重写，4人在没有完全理解甲方需求以及没有弄清楚发稿平台；</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在这次问答稿的项目中，我们也在对自己的团队进行优化，整改我们的学习群，以寻求一种最好的学习模式，让大家有足够的动力去写稿、去赚钱，去更快的赚回学费。提高个人效率，而不是没有人盯着、催着工作就无限期的拖延下去。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">还有让我很惊喜的点是，在审核写手的稿件时，我发现，男生写女性视角、女性口吻的稿件也完全没问题，读起来倒还真的颇具烂漫可爱的少女风。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">最后作为项目负责人，给写手的意见是：<strong style="color: blue;">接稿——不要怂！</strong>一定要自己主动的去把自己往更高价位的稿件去推，不能觉得自己没写过这样的就不敢去碰，一直在低价稿件里打圈圈，不进，则退。</p>
