<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">日前，奉贤区检察院办理了一起以<span style="color: green;">“易学接单、兼职赚钱”</span>为噱头，引诱大学生、宝妈参加PR、AE、C4D课程培训，并引导办理分期付款，当大学生、宝妈发现培训内容与宣传不符，申请退学时，索取高额违约金的诈骗案。</span></p><img src="https://p3-sign.toutiaoimg.com/tos-cn-i-tjoges91tu/ThAmZQ497JYV5t~noop.image?_iz=58558&from=article.pc_detail&lk3s=953192f4&x-expires=1705453854&x-signature=YCaRs6X3Mwxhh4%2BNfR2D%2FuWNK0I%3D" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 20px;">
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">2022年12月，李某在网上找兼职时看到某公司发布的“0元入学，先学后付”“边学边接单，单量大价格高”的招聘信息，便添加了该公司公布的企业微信号。该企业微信号的使用者自称是公司的学习顾问。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">随即，学习顾问向李某推荐了他们公司的影视剪辑课程，并声称：“原价7000多元，限时特价只要4980元，<span style="color: green;">只要报了这套课程，公司会提供充足的接单渠道</span>”，还特别“体贴”地告诉李某：“我知道你们大多是在校大学生或者是在家带娃的宝妈，没有能力去支付4980元的课程学费，我为你争取一个<span style="color: green;">先学后付的福利</span>，可以将4980元学费分为12期，每期只要支付415元，上完12节课程后开始接单，每个月收益至少有3000元，完全可以承担每个月415元的分期费用”。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">看到李某还在犹豫，课程顾问又说：“0元入学名额只有9个了”“课程很容易学，很赚钱”</span><span style="color: green;">“单子永远不会缺”</span><span style="color: green;">“学满一个月后可以随时解约，不需要缴纳任何违约金”</span><span style="color: green;">，然后通过微信发给李某近期其他学员接单的收款截图，截图显示最低的一单1000多元收益，最高的一单7000多元收益。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">李某表示：“如果不是对方承诺会派单，我也不会报名参加他们公司的课程。”李某等了一个月后表示想退学，<span style="color: green;">对方却表示因个人原因退学要支付违约金3645元</span>，其中包括12节的课时费，每节200元，还有中途因个人原因退学的技术服务费（4980元课程费的20%）。李某这才发现自己被骗。</span></p>
